We worked closely with our client to provide civil, structural and hydraulic engineering services for 8 group housing developments in Wickham for Rio Tinto staff housing.

This included:
7 lot Strata Subdivision
24 lot Strata Subdivision
46 lots over a total of 6 different Strata Subdivisions

Services included: Earthworks & retaining wall design

Stormwater management plans

Sewer and water design and associated applications and liaison with the Water Corporation

Concrete slab and footing design for structural steel housing

Steel design and certification of shop drawings

Conforming to Rio Tinto CAD standards
